Annie Lennox Undergoes Spinal Surgery, Postpones Album

Aug 18, 2008 - Annie Lennox has undergone successful spinal surgery for a back injury she sustained in Mexico while attending this month's International AIDS conference, her rep said in a statement Monday. "The surgery [to release an impinged nerve] went as planned, and Annie is now recuperating at home," said her rep Roger Widynowski.
