Kiefer Sutherland will be released Monday, most likely in the early morning, L.A.'s Glendale Police tell Entertainment Tonight.

He began serving a 48-day sentence in L.A.'s Glendale City Jail on December 5 for his second DUI conviction and for violating probation.

While in jail, he celebrated Christmas, his 41st birthday and was on laundry duty.
